A therapeutic bodywork session tailored for pregnancy safe comfort using gentle Swedish techniques with light-to-medium pressure while you lie on your side or on a specialized cushioned pregnancy pillow. It aims to ease lower back, hip, and neck tension while improving circulation.

Himalayan Salt Stones - The warmed Himalayan salt stones are placed on the body or used directly by the therapist
to glide over muscles, ease deep tension, and provide a light, natural exfoliation. Add to any massage service.
Cupping - an alternative therapy where a practitioner places silicone, or plastic cups on your skin to create a vacuum suction. Instead of pushing down like a normal massage, the suction pulls skin, tissue, and muscles upward to boost blood flow and ease tension. Add to any massage service.
Deep Tissue - a therapeutic technique that uses slow strokes and direct, firm pressure to reach the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues (fascia). It aims to break down rigid bands of tissue—known as adhesions or knots—to relieve chronic pain, ease stiffness, and restore normal movement. Add to any massage service.
CBD - Vital Body brand CBD products are used to give an enhanced therapeutic treatment utilizing hemp-derived CBD creams and oils blended with soothing organic herbs like arnica and ginger to deeply relax muscles, ease joint tension, and reduce inflammation. A choice of gummy or tincture is given prior to the massage. Add to any massage service.
Aromatherapy - a Swedish or gentle therapeutic massage that uses concentrated plant essential oils. The practitioner mixes the plant oils with a carrier oil and applies them to your skin while you breathe in the calming scents to reduce stress and ease tight muscles. Add to any massage service.

Body Wrap:
A full body session that begins with dry brushing for exfoliation and then followed by a clay body mud that draws out impurities, moisturizes the skin, and then wrapped in warm thermal blanket. Hot towels are used to remove the mud and cleanse the skin. This treatment is finished with a moisturizing body oil that is lightly massaged into the skin.
